Gulf Quench Normal speed quenching oil Product Description Gulf Quench series are normal speed quenching oils developed for heat treatment of ferrous metals in a wide variety of quenching operations. These oils are formulated from highly refined paraffinic oils to provide superior ageing stability. They possess good inherent thermal and oxidation stability offering long service life with minimal deposit formation. Their low volatility characteristics reduce oil loss from vaporisation and the uniform heat dissipation property minimises stress and metal distortion ensuring uniform hardness.
